THE BUSINESS SURGERY
Business Software: How to maximise your ROI
A high proportion of business systems fail to deliver the expected benefits.
Whether it's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or any other type of business software, the benefits include:
● Better customer experience and retention ● Increased productivity
● Improved decision making capabilities ● Reduced costs
● Greater visibility of the business ● Accurate data
Implementing business management software requires a significant investment of both time and money. A poor implementation won’t deliver the expected benefits or returns. It can even disrupt business and result in lost sales, a damaged reputation and a lot of stress for all involved - so it’s important to get it right!
Alison Barnes from Greenbeam Consulting presents this FREE seminar highlighting the factors vital to maximising your return on investment and minimising any disruption for new and existing business systems.
Date: Wednesday 15 May 2013
Venue: Harts Limited, Macclesfield
Time: 8.00am - 9.30am

First East Cheshire Hub for Cheshire Professionals
This event is free to attend and will be a great opportunity to network with other professionals and learn more about how you can be involved with Cheshire Professionals in the future.
Cheshire and Warrington is a robust, resilient £21 billion economy with significant contributions from high-end manufacturing and engineering, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, agriculture and food, automotive as well as financial and professional services – and that is where Cheshire Professionals comes in.
Cheshire Professionals’ objective is to promote and grow the professional services sector in Cheshire and Warrington and to provide the market with easy access to quality professional advisors. The aim is to maximise the level of work retained within the region, promote referrals amongst local advisors and assist in the winning of work from outside the region.
We intend to achieve this by organising networking opportunities for member firms across the entire Cheshire and Warrington region with local “hubs” being centred out of Chester, Macclesfield, Crewe and Warrington. This will provide members with a dedicated platform to meet fellow professional advisors and in turn develop their own professional networks and ultimately work opportunities.
Date: Thursday 25 April 2013
Venue: The Snowgoose, Sunderland Street, Macclesfield
Time: 5.30pm - 7.00pm
Cost: FREE

Make Marketing Happen is a unique method of delivering cutting edge marketing knowledge whilst actively supporting the process of implementation within your business.
This unique training method was conceived as a direct result of experience in previous courses where the trainer would inevitably say something along the lines of “Everything you learn here is useless!...unless you implement it”. Well that’s great advice, but wouldn’t it be better that there was some “after course” support for that process of implementation?
So that’s exactly what we offer! Our unique follow up process breaks down the content of our workshops into small, manageable “bite-sized” tasks which take you step by step through the implementation process. Put simply, “Complete the tasks and you will implement everything we teach you in the workshop” and Make your Marketing Happen.
Forthcoming workshops at Harts Limited – Only £75 per person. Book early and receive 20% off (£60.00).

Automatic Enrolment - is your business ready?
Workplace pension reforms were introduced in October 2012 requiring employers to automatically enrol all eligible workers into a qualifying workplace pension scheme. The regulations will be phased in over the coming years with larger employers being the first to adapt the regime. All current employers will be required to comply by 1 April 2017.
Once fully phased in, minimum contribution levels will be 8% of eligible salary, 3% of which will be employer contribution.
Employers will therefore be faced with an additional regulatory and administrative burden, plus the potential of up to a 3% increase in salary costs. The reforms will be supported by a stringent and potentially punitive penalty regime.
Harts Accountants in conjunction with The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) invite you to this essential FREE seminar to help you understand the legislation, but more importantly to help you and your business plan auto enrolment.
This event is aimed at finance, HR and payroll personnel who will have responsibility for the implementation and ongoing administration of the new regulations for their business.
