Silk FM Toy Appeal 2018

The Silk 1069 FM Toy Appeal returns for 2018 and once again we are delighted to be a drop off point for the donations. The Toy Appeal asks for new small unwrapped gifts (non-food based) suitable for children to be donated so that they can distribute to various children’s charities across Cheshire. The charities will wrap and give the presents to children who may not usually get Christmas presents due to their family circumstances. The Toy Appeal is run by Silk FM in conjunction with Bristol Street Motors in Macclesfield. A full list of the drop off points is on the Silk FM website  The deadline for donating gifts is 19th December 2018, this allows for time to distribute to the charities before Christmas. Team of the Year

We were delighted once again to sponsor the Team of the Year category at the North East Cheshire Business Awards that took place on Friday 16th November 2018. As always it was a difficult category to judge and to choose the winning team Maguire Family Law from the three strong entries shortlisted. Ladies in Business – Winter

The last Ladies in Business event of the year will be held on Wednesday 28th November from 6.00-8.00pm at the Jobling Gowler Solicitors office in Macclesfield (250 Park Lane SK11 8AD) On display will be an art exhibition and the event provides ample opportunity to network with like-minded local business women over food and a complementary drink supplied by the hosts.
