Law firm launches ambitious academy with Harts as key partner – Feb 2013

Harts has teamed up with Gorvins Solicitors to develop a prestigious school of education and training to help business. The move comes after repeated requests made to Gorvins by SME businesses for affordable, ‘added value’, guidance and training on a broad range of commercial issues. The Academy’s initial focus on workplace and employment education will be just the start of an ambitious long-term vision from Gorvins to provide a full range of business commercial training programmes for SMEs in the region. CIPP 2013 First Quarter Automatic Enrolment Survey – Feb 2013

The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and Harts Limited are conducting research to understand businesses readiness for the introduction of Automatic Enrolment. This survey sets out to obtain feedback from the payroll software industry, payroll bureau/agents (large and small), pension providers and employers. Cheshire Professionals Launch – Jan 2013

As a founder member, Harts are delighted to announce that over 130 people attended the Cheshire Professionals launch on Thursday 24 January to learn about the new corporate membership organisation set up to support the professional services community in Cheshire. Harts assist with the disposal of Bluebird Bus – Nov 2012

Harts have recently been lead advisors in the £2m acquisition of private operator Bluebird Bus by Stagecoach Group. Bluebird, based at Greengate, Middleton, was founded in 1988 and operates services in north Manchester employing around 80 staff.
